Reasonable expenses for transportation, lodging and meals for travel outside Portland metro area. Pro bono services determined on a case-by-case basis.
Full payment of mediation fee is required to guarantee the mediation date and fees must be received at least 21 days prior to the scheduled mediation date. The full day rate consists of two (2) hours of preparation and an eight (8) hour mediation session.
Cancellation
Cancellation within 14 days of the schedule mediation will incur a fee of $600 per party for each day scheduled, plus actual time spent in preparation and travel, to be paid by the cancelling party, unless circumstances arise that warrant a waiver.
